The Risk & Assurance Group have started releasing short video clips from their Summer 2016 Conference using their new channel on Vimeo. So far the material looks great, with snippets that last just a few minutes but where the speakers have made a point that clearly matters to them. The two clips currently available feature BT’s Director of Revenue Assurance Bernice DeMarco (pictured above), and Tony Poulos, the international jet-setter and wearer of many hats. Bernice talks about her career journey and why she passionately believes in developing the talents of her team, whilst Tony argues that RAFM has to evolve into business assurance in order to protect the sustainability of telcos as well as their revenues. Previously Eric was Director of Risk Management for Qatar Telecom and he has worked with Cable & Wireless, T‑Mobile, Sky, Worldcom and other telcos. He was lead author of Revenue Assurance: Expert Opinions for Communications Providers, published by CRC Press.
