In 2016 we pondered whether the Risk & Assurance Group (RAG) would be something we could take out of the UK.
We could and we did!
Our next step takes us even farther afield, in both geography and market dynamics, to Johannesburg at the MTN offices on Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th September. We want you to come and join us!
I’m not going to overwhelm you with all the details of who and what in this article. I’ll let you discover that for yourself. Instead I will tell you what’s on offer.
RAG isn’t like any conference you’ve heard of before. We want to bring professionals and experts together from as many African telcos as we can. We want you to come, to learn, to share and to enjoy all that RAG offers. That’s the RAG mission.

Attend for free
The support from our sponsors means that you don’t have to pay anything to attend the conference if you’re from an operator. We will even provide food and refreshments during the conference and at the social gatherings in the evenings.
Accommodation and transport
Whilst RAG can’t pay for accommodation, we have secured a very large discount for rooms at The Fairway Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort, where you can stay with other RAG attendees.
We’re also providing airport transfers to The Fairway Hotel and coach transport from the hotel to the conference venue (and back again), so you don’t have to worry about how to get there.

Learn and share
The agenda is full of excellent topics and speakers who are willing to share their insights with you. It’s also a chance to voice your opinions with experts and peers. Take the information you learn from the conference back into your workplace and make a difference within your organisation.
