Today I have the privilege of chairing the Subex User Conference, which is being held in Jaipur, India. Subex is one of the ‘big two’ RAFM vendors; their event provides a rare opportunity to network with many peers and seek to influence the direction of our discipline. They lead the market for fraud management systems, but Subex have a strong desire to shape the world of revenue assurance as well. Knowing my views about the need for RA practitioners to keep reinventing themselves, Subex also invited me to give a presentation about some major trends in revenue assurance.
