Hakim Akayour is a senior manager working for the Business Assurance function of BT Group, where he oversees the assurance of consumer services, including digital television. Previously he was the head of the Business Assurance operations and analytics team.
Hakim is a well-liked and respected revenue assurance professional. Prior to joining BT, Hakim had already acquired 15 years of experience working in the revenue assurance departments of Vodafone, Cable & Wireless and T-Mobile UK.
