Glenn is the Head of IT Operations at Macquarie Telecom Group, a B2B service provider headquartered in Sydney, Australia. His IT Operations teams oversees after Macquarie Telelcom’s internal IT infrastructure, their help-desk, all customer billing and billing inquiries, and ensuring the accuracy of customer bills.
Prior to joining Macquarie Glenn obtained extensive experience in revenue assurance. He served as Global Revenue Assurance Manager for Vodafone Group and as Senior Revenue Assurance Consultant at T-Mobile UK.
Glenn will be one of the telco speakers joining us at RAG Sydney in January 2018.
