Mark is Group Director of Fraud Operations at Orange. Over the last 17 years Mark has worked at Orange and France Telecom, helping them to secure their business from fraudsters and tackling revenue leakages. He oversees the way Orange group companies implement anti-fraud controls, ensuring risks are managed at a balanced and acceptable level.
Mark was formerly the Chair of the GSMA Fraud & Security Group, a role which saw him drive forward collaboration between telcos.
