Pauline Kieleko is Head of Revenue Assurance at Safaricom, a leading network operator in Kenya. She is responsible for billing assurance, platform integrity, product assurance and integrity of payments.
After joining Safaricom in 2005 Pauline has worked in a series of roles within Finance Operations covering statutory and management financial reporting, accounts receivables and payables management, inventory and debt management.
Pauline is a graduate of the University of Nairobi with an MBA and a BCOM in accounting. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
