Ferya Topal works for Turkcell Technology Research and Development, where she is a Scrum Master and is responsible for developing the company’s revenue assurance capabilities. She is a highly experienced business analyst and developer with a demonstrated track record of working in the telecoms sector. Her skills include SQL, requirements analysis, Unix, analytical skills, and PL/SQL.
For ten years Ferya was employed by i2i Systems, where she worked as a Business Analyst on several projects for Turkcell and Vodafone. She has also worked for Atos Origin.
Ferya is a graduate of İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi.
