Marius Sagatavičius is the Head of the Prevention team at Telia Lithuania. In this role he has a wide range of responsibilities across the mobile, fixed and interconnect sides of the business. These include: screening of employees, partners and customers; GRC; fraud management; revenue assurance; and management of corporate insurance policies.
Marius has a strong working knowledge of IT and data management, with experience and skills using MS SQL databases and business intelligence tools. He has a deep understanding of billing and extensive experience of risk management.
Marius graduated with a Master of Business Administration with a special focus on finance and insurance management. He started his career working as an accountant and finance manager in a small business before taking a risk-related role in a bank. He leveraged his grounding in risk and insurance when joining Lithuanian telco TEO, and is now the leader of a diverse team of risk prevention experts.
