Paul Flanagan works for Araxxe, where he is a Senior Product Specialist. He is a billing, revenue assurance and fraud management professional who has over a quarter of a century’s worth of experience in the telecommunications environment.
Paul moved into the world of fraud management and revenue assurance after developing a reputation for running successful billing implementation projects in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, the Caribbean and Latin America.
Prior to joining Araxxe in 2019, Paul was the Group Head of Business Risk at Digicel. He has also worked with Voila, Jazztel, Comium, Zain and Cable & Wireless.
