Farhan Malik works at Omantel as an Advisor to their Chief Audit Executive. His responsibilities include: formulating the strategy of the Internal Audit function; developing risk-based audit plans; stakeholder relationship management including presenting audit findings to the Audit Committee; oversight of the Omantel quality assurance program; and regularly updating the Internal Audit Charter and working manuals.
Prior to joining Omantel in 2019, Farhan spent 14 years in senior internal audit roles at Pakistani telco PTCL. He is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
