Sha’ad is a highly experienced and well-travelled business assurance professional with a proven track record of creating and developing teams in Europe, Africa and the Americas. He has a passion for his work and he enjoys using his skills to find and mitigate new risks that flow from the creation of new financial and communication services. Sha’ad has consequently accumulated deep knowledge of networks, information technology and finance.
Sha’ad is currently employed as the Global Revenue Assurance Manager for Millicom Group, a multinational outfit that mostly trades under the Tigo brand. Based in Miami, his duties see him guiding RA teams, teaching peers about risk and working with operators to deliver comms services and mobile money across Latam and Africa.
