Nikhil Sehgal is responsible for Engineering Governance at Colt Technology Services, a multinational provider of wholesale and enterprise communications services. In this role Nikhil reports to the CTO about the management of the company’s technology assets.
Previously Nikhil was the Head of Business Assurance and Insights at Colt, where he oversaw book-to-bill assurance processes and strategy to minimize revenue leakage and improve revenue realization. Nikhil is also experienced in new product design and implementation.
Nikhil joined Colt in 2008, and has also worked at Wipro as technical lead specialising in billing, where he would provide consultancy and assist with the implementation of telco billing systems and at IBM Global Services, where he was responsible for telecom billing operations, including rating, roaming, billing, and collections for Bharti Airtel.
Nikhil has a degree in Electronics and Telecom from Maharshi Dayanand University.
