Commsrisk will now accept contributions to its research on behalf of the European Union into spoofing prevention and traceback until close of business on Friday, 14 August 2026.
The survey asks contributors to recommend relevant methods and explain how they work, what is required to deploy them, and their advantages and disadvantages. Respondents need answer only the sections relevant to their knowledge or experience.
Anyone may contribute, whether based inside or outside the European Union. Responses may be submitted by private individuals or on behalf of organisations.
Commsrisk previously explained why this research could have consequences beyond Europe. Decisions affecting a market of around 450mn people in 27 countries may also influence products, standards, policy and practice elsewhere.
