Very interesting to see the migration as the highlighted business-driver behind this purchase! The real trigger for the purchase is surely to ultimately have a module in place that monitors the billing system. Making it also a migration-assurance system is a very smart and strategic move on Wedo’s side. For their commercial department, it looks like a nice way of selling a Billing-Assurance module with double the work for the integration (old+new billing system).
Now who will be contracted to assure the deployment of RAID? Subex?

WeDo as usual is generating value for his clients, not only as clients but as partners. Use RAID as a solution to check the billing system migration is a important method to certify the accuracy of the process but also to give of the company (in this case SKY) all reports needed on this complex task. With a third party company taking care of the migration SKY can worry and manage other business aspects.
No one is doing this.
