Cartesian, the UK revenue assurance vendor now owned by US professional services group TMNG Global has won the 2009 Queen's Award for Enterprise. Cartesian won the award in recognition of its innovative software. That only leaves two questions to resolve. Who from Cartesian will be meeting the Queen at Buckingham Palace? And will they actually talk to her about revenue assurance?
