Francis Afful works for MTN Ghana, where he is their Senior Manager for Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management. He has a broad understanding of the assurance challenges faced by telcos, having previously held management roles in the assurance of billing, revenue, costs and margins at Vodafone and Millicom Ghana.
Francis has an MBA from Coventry University and a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Ghana.
