Taher Talib is an expert in carrier services, fraud, analytics and business assurance who works as an advisor to Shaw Communications, the Canadian multiplay telecommunications provider. In his role Taher is responsible for managing Shaw’s fraud strategy and supporting the development of business cases for new fraud programs for current and emerging products and service lines.
Taher is a widely-travelled practitioner. He joined Shaw in March 2018 after spending five years delivering managed services to Saudi Telecom Company (STC) on behalf of Subex. Both Subex and CenturyLink have employed Taher in software engineering roles.
Taher has been trained in ITIL and the eTOM, and he is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Christ College, Bangalore.
