Alex is the Head of Cost Control Transformation at TalkTalk. He will speak at our London meeting on 20th July about the differences and similarities between procurement and revenue assurance.
TalkTalk is a fixed-line, mobile, internet and pay TV provider in the UK. Their business has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2003, and now has 4 million customers. TalkTalk is one of the UK’s ‘big four’ ISPs, which serve 90 percent of the UK market between them.
Alex was previously the Head of Revenue and Margin Assurance at TalkTalk. Before joining TalkTalk, Alex did revenue assurance for Orange.
