Artem Smirnov has worked to facilitate change within telcos for well over a decade. At present he works for MTS Group, Russia, where he is in charge of the strategy and development of revenue management. This role involves delivering a vision for assurance within MTS. To achieve the vision he implements important components of the assurance ecosystem by managing projects and reviewing current processes.
Artem draws upon his previous experience in data analysis to support decisions, judge the solution expertise of suppliers and implement new practices and technologies in customer service.
Artem looks to promote valuable transformations within professional communities worldwide. His interest is to shift current assurance practices into robust flexible ecosystems. He has undertaken new initiatives in business assurance with this objective in mind.
