Bangladesh Authorities Seize $128mn From Telecom Fraudsters

32 Taiwanese, 7 Bangladeshis and 5 Chinese have been arrested by Bangladesh’s Rapid Action Battalion, following an multinational investigation into telecoms fraud. The criminal ring reportedly amassed USD128mn, spread over 2000 bank accounts, during the 18 months they operated. You can read more here.
