Biggest Indian Telcos Set to Attend RAG Delhi

What do you want for the future of telecoms risk management and business assurance? Does it involve:

  • Gathering enormous amounts of data?
  • Using all that data to make intelligent decisions?
  • Making an important difference to the profitability of your telco?

If you want this future, then you can already find it in India. Three of the world’s six biggest telcos, as measured by subscriber numbers, are based in India. How about that for scrutinizing a lot of data? There are over 25mn students in India, and the country produces 1.5mn engineers every year. India has an education system that can produce a lot of data analysts and data scientists. And the Indian market is fiercely competitive. A small improvement in margins makes an enormous difference when applied across a large customer base.

These are the reasons why RAG Delhi, the first conference the Risk & Assurance Group has organized in India, should prove to be a milestone event. Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea, who collectively serve over a billion subscribers, will all participate in RAG Delhi. They will converge on the Gurgaon offices of our generous hosts, BT, as will delegates from Tata Sky, Tata Teleservices, Robi, MTN, Emtel, and Colt Technology Services.

The RAG Delhi conference will be held on February 5th and 6th. Although there are still two months to go, over a third of the available seats have been booked already. So if you are a telco employee and you want to engage with the future of risk and assurance then you had better register whilst there are still places available.
