Chinese Video Uses Comedy and History to Raise Awareness of Phone Fraud

Sometimes it is easier to watch something than to explain it in words. Romance of the Three Kingdoms is one of the classic novels of Chinese literature, giving an epic account of the wars between the Cao Wei, Shu Han, and Eastern Wu states during 220-280CE. The novel includes a story of a Wei army commanded by general Sima Yi refusing to enter a seemingly unguarded city for fear of an ambush orchestrated by Shu strategist Zhuge Liang, who watched Sima Yi’s approach whilst nonchalantly plucking a musical instrument.
