Commsrisk Top Ten for 2020

I began this week with my review of 2020, but which articles mattered most to Commsrisk’s readers? It has been an astonishing period for Commrisk, with Google reporting that the total number of visitors during 2020 was 54 percent higher than the year before. Coronavirus and changes in working patterns clearly had an impact, but so did some blockbusting stories about corruption, crime and financial losses. However, the most popular article of the year featured a small but important lesson about members of our profession needing to be wary of who they trust online.
