Commsrisk Top Ten for May 2020

Increasingly high levels of traffic saw May rank as the most popular month for Commsrisk this year, and the third most popular month in the history of Commsrisk. Some of April’s top stories continued to linger in the charts, including those about the shenanigans of the Tanzanian regulator and problems caused by the coronavirus pandemic, though May’s leading story addressed law enforcement from a different perspective to that usually covered by Commsrisk. There was also lots of interest in the success of RAG’s first virtual conference, and plenty of views for two provocative op-eds: Kingsley Unah’s article about the impact of changes in traffic on the risk of fraud, and my piece about revenue assurance managers not being given the same respect as fraud managers.
