Debdatta Mallick is the Assistant Vice President of Revenue Assurance and Business Control at PCCW Global, the multinational telecoms voice and data carrier. She is skilled in managing people, projects and vendors across a variety of countries, currencies and languages and has extensive experience of working with Tier 1 operators.
Prior to joining PCCW Global in 2018, Debdatta was Senior Manager for Global Billing, Charging and Mediation at Truphone. She also spent two years as a Billing Assurance Manager at Carphone Warehouse and she first started working in telecommunications as an analyst for Aircel.
In addition to her technical abilities, Debdatta is also a gifted communicator. During her early career Debdatta served as a news anchor for a national TV channel in India.
Debdatta’s qualifications include the ITIL Foundation certification and a degree in Information Technology from West Bengal University of Technology.
