Gjurgjica ‘Gina’ Pesheva (pictured above) is an expert in revenue assurance and billing at Deutsche Telekom. During a presentation for the Risk & Assurance Group (RAG) she expressed her frustration that vendors do not supply revenue assurance tools that include pre-integrated risk models. As a consequence, revenue assurance teams are each forced to develop their own stand-alone models. Watch this video to hear Gina explain why RA vendors need to do better.
