Hans Eismann is Vice President of Service Delivery for Mobileum in the Americas. Based in the USA, Hans has a strong track record of managing technology projects on behalf of telcos across the continents. He has led many system implementations on behalf of large and medium clients and maintains a long history of building deep client relationships.
In his current role, Hans leads a cross-functional team of of over 80 managers, agile coaches, software engineers, QA engineers and technical architects across multiple offices and countries. Hans is an effective communicator in five languages with the versatility to address every level within the organizations he works with.
Previous leadership roles taken by Hans have covered client services, software integration, cloud operations, AI/ML and pre-sales support. His specialities include project management, team building, OSS/ BSS, PMP, and IPMA. Has is an advocate for digital transformation and leveraging the cloud to build efficient enterprises.
Hans spent almost five years at AT&T, working as a Project Manager and as a Senior Program Manager. During this time he oversaw IPTV projects that required the delivery of new BSS capabilities to internal business clients.
During his career Hans has also worked as an IT Manager at Maxitel, a wireline and FWA operator, and he was a Principal at consulting firm CGI-AMS, serving in their telecommunication industry group.
