John is an experienced telecoms professional. In the past he served as the Head of Operational Insight & Compliance at Sky, the largest pay-TV broadcaster in the UK and a multiplay telco which also provides broadband and telephony services.
During his career John has managed teams responsible for insight and analytics, compliance, revenue assurance and billing. He has worked in the telecoms industry for 18 years and was previously a management accountant in the insurance industry.
