Until his retirement from Telkom SA, Ken was the manager who oversaw their network fraud management system. Ken’s career at Telkom lasted 40 years, affording him the opportunity to learn about many layers of the business, from how networks function to the maintenance of the buildings which house the company’s systems. His team of fraud analysts and administrators were required to adapt to Telkom’s expanding range of traffic and the risks that come with them, covering such new areas as airtime transfer and data services.
Ken maintains a keen interest in the latest developments in fraud and telecoms. He will join the closing ‘wise heads’ panel at RAG Johannesburg.
