Leakage Coverage Study Extended to April 14

Have the contours of leakage coverage changed since the 2019 study? Find out how your business ranks across 25 categories of leakage by completing the 4-minute questionnaire.

Did you miss the deadline for the RAG Leakage Coverage Study? The good news is the deadline for submissions has been pushed back to April 14 to allow Geoff Ibbett, organizer of the study and custodian of the RAG Leakage Catalog, more time to tabulate all the data already submitted by telcos around the world. The 2019 study produced a unique contour map (pictured above) that showed which kinds of assurance form the common core of work that is universally covered, and which have only been tackled by the most advanced comms providers. None of the respondents to the study covered all 25 categories of leakage – will that have changed this year?

Any business that completes the four-minute questionnaire will receive a personalized report showing how they compare to other comms providers across all 25 categories of leakage. You can complete the questionnaire below.
