Recently we reported that Neural Technologies, vendor of risk and assurance software, had increased its global headcount by 30 percent over the last 9 months. It seems the recruitment is not slowing down, as a quick glance at their careers page shows they are currently hiring staff in the United States, Europe, Middle East and AsiaPac. I count 16 separate job titles being listed, and some of the vacancies are probably multiple roles at the same grade.
It is unusual to see an established vendor going through a growth spurt like this. I can only assume the firm, which has offices in the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Chile, and USA, has a strategic plan to boost its market share and establish itself as one of a ‘big four’ of telecoms risk and assurance suppliers. This year Neural is celebrating 25 years in business. I would not be surprised if their upcoming user forum opened with a major announcement about the company’s strategy.
