Naresh Chandra Biswas works for Bangladeshi operator Robi Axiata as their General Manager with responsibility for Revenue Assurance. In this role he: assures revenues and margins for all services; performs all kinds of fraud detection, analysis and prevention; monitors partner settlement; and validates transactions for digital services.
Naresh joined Robi Axiata in July 2010 and has worked his work up through the RAFM function, hence attaining a deep insight into the practice of implementing controls to mitigate operating risks.
Before he joined Robi Axiata, Naresh was a software engineer at Netweaver Software.
Naresh has an MBA from United International University and a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University.
