After the successful launch of the RAG Learning platform with the pilot course on Interconnection we have launched two more courses:
As was the case for the first course, MTN Group is donating the content. This is the first step in moving ahead with the plan to collect the best education material for risk, revenue assurance and fraud in the telecom industry. We expect more courses will soon be made available.
In addition to the above, RAG is planning to act upon the feedback which has been provided by learners. This includes offering certificates for each course upon completion. These will be optional and the details will depend on the course as well as the content provider.
We would like to encourage everyone to enroll and take all the courses. Please provide any feedback here.
