The Risk & Assurance Group (RAG) has joined forces with i3forum, leaders in collaboration amongst international carriers, to deliver a new survey about the fraud risks faced by wholesale providers of voice services. They want input to the survey from anyone who manages fraud on behalf of an international carrier with a view to shaping priorities when explaining fraud issues and mitigations to governments, regulators, vendors and executives.
You can complete the i3forum-RAG questionnaire below. It takes just 10 minutes to answer the 29 simple questions about fraud and the ways it is mitigated in practice. The survey can be completed anonymously, though you can also choose to share your email address at the bottom of the questionnaire if you would like to be notified of the eventual results. Responses should be submitted by the end of July 6.
