Noel Clement is the Manager of Revenue Assurance and Interconnect at Smile Communications Nigeria. When launched in 2014, Smile Nigeria’s 4G LTE network was the first in West Africa.
Noel is a versatile expert with over a decade of experience working in telecommunications business assurance. He set up the Revenue Assurance unit within Smile Nigeria and also developed the strategies which ensure adequate control of leakages and guarantee business profitability.
Prior to joining Smile Communications, Noel worked with Bharti Airtel in Nigeria where he played key roles in ensuring a business environment which minimized leakages and maximized revenue.
Noel is a member of the industry working committee set up by the Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC), the Nigerian comms regulator, to develop the framework for the implementation of national roaming and active infrastructure sharing services.
Noel holds a Master of Business Administration degree (with specialization in Finance) from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom.
