One Fifth of UK PRS Traffic Alleged to be Fraudulent

UK mobile CSPs are losing GBP136M a year to Premium Rate Services (PRS) fraud, according to BillingScore, vendors of technology to identify Artificially Inflated Traffic (AIT). Per BillingScore’s research, fraudsters are responsible for 19.4% of PRS traffic, as measured by transaction value. You can read the Total Telecom story here.
