XINTEC, the small Irish fraud management vendor, has announced the launch of a new solution to combat International Revenue Share Fraud (IRSF). Entitled ‘Fraudstrike’, the package comprises a database of over 200,000 test call numbers, plus cloud-based analysis of customer NRTRDE files hosted at what XINTEC describes as a “secure banking-grade datacentre”. The cloud-based solution means customers can adopt the service without taking on additional IT burdens, though XINTEC also offers the option for customers to install Fraudstrike at their own site.
Though the Fraudstrike service is described as ‘new’, over 30 customers have reportedly signed up. Orange and Digicel are both listed as customers in XINTEC’s press release.
