Peter Coulter is the Executive Director of Fraud and Risk Management at AT&T. Anybody working to counter fraud in North America, and many working on other continents, will be aware of Peter’s tremendous influence on the anti-fraud community during his time at AT&T. He has long set an example for the sharing of information between telcos and shown leadership through bodies such as the Forum for the International Irregular Network Access (FIINA).
In appreciation of all his hard work, the RAG Steering Committee inducted Peter into the RAG Hall of Fame in 2020.
Peter’s areas of expertise include technical countermeasures to fraud, fraud detection techniques, government liaison, and credit and fraud centre operations.
Peter is a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and has a degree in Botany and Computer Science from Rutgers University.
