Protecting and Verifying Customer ID Is Becoming More Difficult

Simon Walsh, Fraud Operations Manager for Telefónica UK, talked at last year’s London RAG Conference about the reasons why protecting and verifying each customer’s identity has turned into a greater challenge than ever before.
