Rémy Eckernkemper works for Bouygues Telecom as their Revenue Assurance and Value Chain Operations Manager. In this position he manages a team of 10 people tasked with securing the income and margin for mobile, fixed, B2B and B2C services. The team identifies anomalies in results and deals with issues in billing, payments and collections.
Rémy has over twenty years of experience in various functions within Bougues Telecom. During his time he has been involved in revenue assurance, data processing and data mining, statistical analysis, customer segmentation, performance measurement and project management.
Rémy is a graduate of the Université Louis Pasteur, with a degree in Animal Biology.
