Revenue Assurance Group Announce Next Meeting

The London-based Revenue Assurance Group, the longest recurring get-together of telco RA managers in the world, has announced their next meeting will take place on Thursday March 20th. The list of speakers is yet to be finalized, but one hot rumour is that working procedures will be revolutionized by implementing real-time anonymous polling of all participants, to capture their opinions and to make group decisions. He was lead author of Revenue Assurance: Expert Opinions for Communications Providers, published by CRC Press. He is a qualified chartered accountant, with degrees in information systems, and in mathematics and philosophy.
