Roman Lukes was formerly the Vice President of Customer Finance at Deutsche Telekom Group. In this role he was responsible for credit, fraud, revenue assurance, billing, accounts receivable and collections. He previously worked for T-Mobile Czech Republic in a range of roles that relate to credit, fraud, revenue assurance, security and finance operations.
Roman studied at the University of Economics in Prague, and has an MBA from the UK’s Sheffield Hallam University.
Roman gave the welcoming address at RAG Bonn 2017.
