Second Day of Online Telecom Risk Conference

Another full day of live interactive content will feature experienced telecoms controls and risk practitioners speaking from their homes in Australia, Cyprus, France, Germany, India, the UAE, and the USA.

If you missed the first day of RAG Online, the virtual conference from the Risk & Assurance Group, then there is another full day of great content to look forward to… unless you are reading this after 7.30am UK time, because today’s live sessions have started already!

Yesterday’s agenda included senior telco managers and other expert speakers from a wide variety of countries, and today will be the same. Watch for free, without needing to register, via RAG’s web portal or by scrolling down to streaming window below. The event features live interaction with the presenters and panelists, so keep scrolling if you want to send a message or ask a question using RAG’s real-time Q&A system.

Today’s speakers include:

  • Lorene Hunt of Australian telco Optus, explaining how her team greatly enhanced the tracking and management of network assets
  • Shahid Ishtiaq of Etisalat and Rémy Eckernkemper of Bouygues Telecom discussing the ways they have incorporated test calling into their assurance strategies
  • Mike Morley‑Fletcher of Macmillan Cancer Support and Mike Waldron of Worldpay talking about telco risk managers transferring their skills to other sectors

There will also be sessions covering hot topics in fraud management, how pay-TV providers optimize customer value whilst fighting piracy, why fraudsters have been able to exploit weaknesses in SIP signaling and the need to deliver more specialist training via the web.
