TalkTalk Pays Out GBP2.5M Over Billing Errors

TalkTalk, the UK communications service provider, and its subsidiary, Tiscali, has paid out GBP2.5M (USD4M) in refunds and goodwill after overbilling customers. The money has gone to 62,000 customers who kept on being billed after they cancelled their service. See here for the Associated Press’ coverage of the story.
