Time for RA to Cut Costs

In my latest article for BillingViews, I ask if telco revenue assurance budgets should follow the established pattern of RA software sales, with the result that telcos choose to spend less on their RA departments. My conclusion: the returns from revenue assurance are rightly diminishing. Revenue assurance practitioners have transferable skills, which could add greater value elsewhere in the telco. Good practitioners will anticipate budget cuts, actively seeking to redeploy their talents, addressing challenges that fall outside of the remit of revenue assurance. Read the article here.
