The Management Network Group (TMNG), the US firm who bought UK revenue assurance specialists Cartesian at the end of 2006, must have caught the revenue assurance fever. TMNG are having some success Cartesian’s products to a wider market, having recently announced a second US pilot for Cartesian’s Ascertain software. However, they are not content just to sell RA products to more telcos, and have decided they will try to sell RA to any and all
“large companies with multifaceted customer relationships involving many pricing options across many product portfolios”.
Well good for them, though they could have just said “complex business” and left it at that ;) Anyhow, take a look at TMNG’s super pitch to turn revenue assurance into a supra product. I doubt this article is going to turn the world on to revenue assurance all by itself, but if it helps spreads the word, I say good luck to ’em.
