We in the Risk & Assurance Group (RAG) are continuing our journey to bring you the best training content on risk, revenue assurance and fraud in telecoms, and so we are happy to announce that two new courses are now available on RAG Learning, our online education platform:
Both of these course have been made available to all of us thanks to the generosity of MTN Group. You will find that the courses are of the same high quality covering the basics up to more advanced concepts.
In addition to the above announcement the enrollment figures are showing that the community has really embraced the RAG Learning project. We hope that learners are benefiting from the content and appreciate any and all feedback. For any operators or groups that would like to share their content with the community please contact us. Finally, as mentioned in my last post we are working on making the certification available for all courses in the near future.
